Welcome to StoryEQ. The website is operated by StoryEQ Business Services (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We offer training and consulting services to you when you visit or shop at StoryEQ (the “Service”), conditioned upon your acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

1. MEMBERSHIP AND ACCOUNT

ELIGIBILITY

In order to purchase a training package and use the services offered on StoryEQ, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your state or province of residence, whichever is higher. If you are under the age of majority, you may use our website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By registering for an account and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate.

TRAINING PACKAGES

We offer various training packages that allow you to attend online programs. Access is non-transferable and cannot be sold or otherwise transferred. Under circumstances where the trainee is not able to attend a program, trainee can attend the training at a later schedule, or may transfer right to another after the necessary acceptance from ‘the coach’, in writing. The purchases cease to exist

ACCOUNT CREATION

To fully utilize our services, you must create an account with https://storyeq.in. This will require you to provide certain personal information, accessed via Google or LinkedIn social login API services.

Your account is for your personal use only. You may not impersonate someone else, create an account for anyone other than yourself, provide an email address other than your own, or create multiple accounts.

You can choose to terminate your training at any time. However, please note that we do not provide refunds for any training fees already paid, instead the training can be transferred to another with the acceptance of ‘the coach’, given in writing at least 3 days prior to the training date.

We reserve the right to terminate your account and access to our services if you are found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to, sharing account access with others, using the services for commercial purposes, or engaging in fraudulent activities.

ACCOUNT SECURITY

We implement reasonable measures to help protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no system can be completely secure, and we do not guarantee that unauthorized disclosures and access will not happen.

You acknowledge that it is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your account and to your computer or device. Always sign off when finished using a shared computer.

2. USE OF SERVICE

PURPOSE OF THE SERVICE

StoryEQ provides a training to tech professionals and leaders to improve their communication skills in the form of Business Storytelling. The service is strictly limited to personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of the service is not permitted without our express written consent.

ACCESS AND SECURITY

You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our service, including ensuring that your device meets all the necessary technical specifications to enable you to access and use the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our service through your internet connection are aware of these Terms and Conditions and that they comply with them.

The integrity of your personal account should be maintained by safeguarding your password and other authentication details. If you believe that your account’s security has been compromised, you must inform us immediately.

You acknowledge that the training service includes proprietary information that is registered with the Intellectual Property, India.

You may not modify, rent, lease, loan, distribute, or create derivative works based on the content provided through the training.

USER CONTRIBUTIONS

The service may contain message boards, chat rooms, personal web pages or profiles, forums, bulletin boards, and other interactive features that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit content or materials on or through the service.

Any contribution you make must be in compliance with our content standards. You warrant that any such contribution does comply with those standards,and you will be liable to us and indemnify us for any breach of that warranty.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. By using StoryEQ, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions of use. Your adherence to these guidelines ensures a safe and productive environment for all users engaging with our service.

3. PAYMENT, RENEWAL, AND CANCELLATION

PAYMENT

Upon selecting a training service, you will be prompted to complete the payment in order to access the online training. Payment must be made via the methods available on StoryEQ, which may include credit cards, debit cards, net banking, or other payment gateways.

Full payment must be received by us before you will be allowed to attend the training. All payments are to be made in the currency specified on our website at the time of purchase.

You represent and warrant that (i) any credit information you supply is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any.

CANCELLATION

Since the training is based on the limited number of open seats for any specific time, you will not be able to cancel your training once booked. You may attend the training at a later date of transfer your seat to another with the consent of the coach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership if we are unable to process your payment information and you do not provide an alternative form of payment upon our request.

REFUND POLICY

All training sales are considered final. However, in exceptional cases, such as a duplicate transaction or a technical error resulting in an inability to access the service, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund.

Any requests for refunds must be made in writing to our [email protected] detailing the reason for the request. We will review each case individually and communicate the outcome of our review process to you.

CHANGES TO FEES

We reserve the right to alter our fees or charges for our services at any time. Such changes in fees for future trainings will be displayed ahead of time and will be clearly communicated to the trainee.

FINANCIAL INFORMATION PRIVACY

Any financial information, such as credit card numbers, is processed by our payment gateways and is not stored on our servers.

We utilize reputable services for payment processing and endeavor to take all reasonable measures to ensure the security of your financial transactions and personal information, but we cannot guarantee the absolute security of this information.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT

The content provided on StoryEQ, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, and the compilation of the content, as well as the service itself, is the property of StoryEQ Business Services or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws both domestically and internationally.

The logos of various clients used in StoryEQ are solely based on trainee’s current employment as provided during initiating subscription.

StoryEQ Business Services does not claim any ownership over the logos of these organizations. The trademarks, service marks, and logos associated with the organizations belong to their respective owners and are used on our website within the parameters of fair use for identification purposes only.

We acknowledge that the intellectual property rights of these logos and trademarks are owned by their respective institutions and affirm that their appearance on our website does not indicate any affiliation with, or endorsement by, the owners of these intellectual property rights.
